After graduating from UCLA, Grace Bagatsing began her career as a healthcare consultant in the San Francisco Bay area. She returned to the Philippines at the age of 25 to advance her career.

She joined Anderson Group BPO Inc. as Country Director and International Sales Director, bringing her experience as a Los Angeles director with her. She was responsible for the daily success of the company in that position, as she oversaw a large staff of salesmen and account managers.
